Due to the nature of food supplements and for safety and quality reasons, all sales are generally final. However, we want our customers to be satisfied. We offer returns, exchanges, or replacements only if the product arrives damaged, the wrong item is sent, or there is a verified manufacturing defect. Customers should contact us within 48 hours of receiving damaged products or within 7 days for incorrect items or defects, providing photos and proof of purchase. Approved returns or exchanges must be unopened, in original packaging, and with intact safety seals. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by the Company.

If a return or exchange is approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund through the original payment method. Refunds may take 14–30 business days to process. For replacement items of higher value, customers may be asked to pay the difference.

For international or cross-border orders, the customer is considered the importer of record and is responsible for ensuring the product can legally enter their country for personal use, including securing any permits and paying customs duties, taxes, and related fees. Some countries, including Saudi Food and Drug Authority, Health Sciences Authority, and National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency, may restrict, delay, or refuse entry of certain food supplements.

If a shipment is refused, delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs, the Company cannot offer a refund for the product or shipping costs. Any customs fees, penalties, or return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If a returned shipment reaches the Company, any refund issued will be minus applicable shipping, handling, and customs-related costs.

By placing an international order, customers acknowledge responsibility for compliance with local laws and confirm that the order is for personal use. The Company reserves the right to update this policy to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Distributor Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

(Food Supplements – Direct Selling / Distributor Orders)

For our distributors, the Company values your partnership and aims to ensure satisfaction while maintaining compliance and product safety. All sales to distributors are generally final, but we may consider returns, exchanges, or replacements in cases where products are damaged during shipping, incorrectly shipped, or found to have a verified manufacturing defect. Distributors must notify the Company within 48 hours of receiving damaged products or within 7 days for incorrect or defective items, providing photos and proof of purchase. Approved returns or exchanges must be unopened, in original packaging, and with intact safety seals. Shipping or handling fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by the Company.

For approved returns or exchanges, the Company will either replace the products or issue a refund to the distributor’s account, subject to inspection and verification. Refunds will generally be processed within 14–30 business days. If replacement products are of higher value, distributors may be required to pay the difference; if lower, a credit may be applied to the distributor’s account.

For shipments to international distributors, the distributor is considered the importer of record and is responsible for ensuring the products comply with the regulations of the destination country. This includes securing any necessary permits, registrations, or approvals, and paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees. Regulatory authorities in some countries, including Saudi Food and Drug Authority, Health Sciences Authority, and National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency, may restrict, delay, or refuse entry of certain food supplements.

If a shipment is refused, delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs, the Company cannot be held liable, and the distributor will bear any associated costs, including shipping, customs penalties, or return freight. In cases where refused shipments are returned to the Company, any refund or credit issued will be minus applicable shipping, handling, and customs-related costs.

By placing orders, distributors acknowledge responsibility for compliance with local laws and regulations in their respective territories. The Company reserves the right to update this policy to align with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
